• ALL custom painted items will have some slight variances. They are created by hand, not machine. They will not be identical. It is impossible. So items like Galaxy prints and drip patterns will vary. All items purchased will look similar of course and be easily identifiable as the item you purchased, they just may not match EXACTLY. BE AWARE before you buy.

• All shoe creations are %100 water proof, dirt repellent and fade and crack resistant.      

• These protections are only applicable under NORMAL walking conditions.

• No continued running or exercising.  Nor Sporting activities. If you chose to wear your items during said activities you are doing so at your own risk and Essentials is not liable.

• If you mistreat your product or are rough with your shoes they will scuff and deteriorate like normal shoes. So wear them with care like you paid a lot of money for them! They are wearable artworks and should be treated as such.

• All shoes are photographed upon completion for photo evidence that your shoes are correct and approved before shipping.  So please be careful as no refunds or discounts will be given for a damaged products AFTER arrival

• All shoes will come in men's sizing unless otherwise requested.

• No refunds will be given after 24 hours as all base shoes are customized specifically for you and cannot be returned to our suppliers once the process has begun.

• Average wait time is 1-2 weeks minimum based upon location.

• ***All sizing is done on the  U.S. shoe size chart for all orders. If  Womens sizes are not available, you will get the equivalent in a Mens sizes.
